Guest experience
Welcome audiences, assist with check-in and help guests navigate festival events.

Support setup, breakdown, stage activity and behind-the-scenes coordination.

Support coordinated movements, arrivals and essential festival-week errands.

We want every volunteer to understand where they are needed, who they report to and how their contribution supports the wider festival.
Orientation
Selected volunteers receive role information, festival guidance and an assigned point of contact before their shift.
Festival access
Access and benefits depend on assignment and availability. Specific details will be confirmed with selected volunteers.
Your contribution matters
Volunteers receive recognition for helping create a thoughtful experience for audiences, filmmakers and guests.
Experience is not everything
Professionalism, reliability and a collaborative spirit matter. Some specialised roles may require relevant experience.
